We had a single family home on a large lot in the Garibaldi Estates area of Squamish. We realized the sale would be challenging because the Garibaldi Estates Neighbourhood Planning process intended to transition the area into a high density housing and commercial zone. We couldn’t decide whether to list our property as a residential or commercial sale. After researching and speaking to many realtors; both residential and commercial, we made our decision to go with Mike because he’d thoroughly researched our property and area with all the data at his fingertips at our first meeting.
